From HennR, 2009-02-11:
- Highlight "recommended" readers.
- With a light green background?
Would be OK for me, and maybe a bold font?
- Only for Win/Mac?
Hmm, GNOME/XFCE/GTK: evince, KDE/QT: Okular, but how to make that clear in a short way.
- We should probably come up with some text to explain how it works.
How what works?
The recommendation system. Example: "The table cells with a green background and bold font indicates that a reader is recommended." (Though preferably something better than that). If we also wish to recommend readers for Free OS's, we need to explain that as well.
- Change Sumatra download link to point directly to the exe file.
Oh No. Why should we want to do so? I thought that we want to link to the project websites.
It was suggested on the basis of making assumptions about windows users; that they might be unable to press the correct link once on Sumatra's download page. Note that the suggestion only applies to the "Download" link and not to the project link. I do however think that it shouldn't be a problem to leave it as it is, as the Sumatra download page looks fairly straightforward.
all the best. /Stian
