Hi! I found your page while looking for an alternative to evince (it doesn't allow me to easily print odd/even pages). We'll see how okular performs. Regardless, there is small grammatical error on your main page: "...their internal working is a a trade secret..." The "a" is repeated. Thanks for promoting freedom, mc

Last week of PDF readers' bug hunt

Hi ! We are entering the last week of the bug hunt, and so far we have received 2077 mails, which makes about 1800 institutions reported [1] in 33 European countries, the European Union and 7 countries outside of Europe. The best countries are Switzerland, Italy and Germany with each around 400 institutions. Russia, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and the UK are doing quite ok, each reaching about 80 to 100 bugs. We encourage you now to microblog, write to your country's lists and motivate people to extend the lists of the countries that were less reported, so that we get a successful final week for the bug hunt ! If you have some time, you can also help us detecting the double reports on the list [2] Concerning the petition, we have this morning 933 individual signatures, 21 businesses and 4 organizations, within which 5 political parties (from Luxembourg, Brandenburg, Oberbayern, England and Wales, if you have contacts in political parties in your countries, you can perhaps try to help us extend this list...) In the next days, I'm going to review my drafts of the campaign page, the Press Release and the Guidelines, so that we can get them approved and translated before the start of the second phase. In the meantime, help us to get as many institutions to contact as possible !
