Ciao a tutti,

executive summary: http://lunduke.com/2017/11/13/software-freedom-law-center-vs-software-freedo...
Perens: «Early 2016: Karen Sandler merely states she might run for the Linux Foundation community board representative position. LF board meets in a panic and does away with the current community representative and the position.»

chiudo rilevando che, in merito allo stile su come procedere in caso di GPL violation, il 16 Ottobre 2017 SFC ha emesso un comunicato stampa: «[...] congratulates the Linux community for taking steps today to promote principled, community-minded copyleft enforcement by publishing the Linux Kernel Enforcement Statement. » anche il resto del comunicato è interessante https://sfconservancy.org/news/2017/oct/16/linux-kernel-enforcement-statemen...
non so voi ma io trovo **divertentissimo** che i "developers of the Linux kernel" stiano "introducendo" pezzi di GPLv3 nella licenza di linux :-D
tipo: «you cure the violation prior to 30 days after your receipt of the notice.» ROTFL
