Hi Anna

We can accommodate you on the 7th. We've already got something on from
3-5pm so could do this for you for free, otherwise we would need to
bring a member of staff in and it would be charged as a hire. Let me
know your thoughts.

Looks like the first Monday is free from November. Shall I book you in
from 7-9pm? Please bear in mind that we might occasionally have to
change dates to accommodate other events - but there's nothing on the
horizon at this moment in time. Of course, we'll notify you well in advance.
