Ho richiesto le credenziali per l'accesso
credenziali di accesso? perché mai un sito istituzionale, realizzato per fini istituzionali e pagato con soldi pubblici, dovrebbe tracciare i cittadini che vogliono accedere a documentazioni pubbliche (pagata sempre con soldi pubblici)?
e alla prima navigazione ho avuto subito una brutta sorpresa, la necessità di applicativi proprietari http://www.medialibrary.it/pagine/pagina.aspx?id=39
come prima... perché mai un sito istituzionale, realizzato per fini istituzionali e pagato con soldi pubblici, utilizza in via esclusiva formati proprietari (violando diverse normative, tra cui il CAD) e richiede applicativi di un particolare fornitore (violando, tra l'altro, le norme sulla concorrenza), contribuendo al digital divide e DISCRIMINANDO i cittadini?
Ho scritto subito richiedendo informazioni per la fruizione di utenti GNU / Linux ed ho altresì palesato il mio sconcerto per l'uso e la pubblicizzazione di software proprietari. Attendo notizie e poi vi renderò conto. Se intanto vogliamo pensare un po' al da farsi come associazioni...
e magari è possibile che ci sia anche il tanto per un esposto alla magistratura e alla corte dei conti, o una class-action, o cose del genere (servirebbe un avvocato capace per valutare...)
