The Pirate Party Ireland: http://piratepartyireland.com/
Here's their current draft constitution: http://piratepartyireland.com/cms/party-constitution
They have a forum where they're working toward a final constitution: http://piratepartyireland.com/forum/index.php?topic=14.0
Unfortunately, the current draft talks about "open source", not freedom, and uses the harmful term "intellectual property".
Good news is that the first part of their patent policy is "No patents on software". (see draft constitution.)
The international Pirate Party movement have a policy problem which, unfortunately, harms free software: http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/pirate-party.html
Their philosphy is good, so there's every reason to believe they'll fix this in due time, but people like us will have to keep raising it. Richard Stallman has already raised it numerous times with them to no avail.
They were mentioned by the Irish Times this week: http://www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/theticket/2009/1009/1224256223850.html
