One think I don't like about the wiki is the default appearance, but I just found that in the user preferences page you can set it to other themes, and the "rightsidebar" theme is quite nice.

In particular, it uses text for the buttons, instead of picture buttons that aren't very intuitive. So if you also hate the default look, try that.

Remember that anonymous edits are disabled due to wiki spam, so you have to log in.
