ich bin soeben auf den folgenden interessanten Artikel gestoßen:

Soweit ich weiß, haben wir auch in Deutschland dieses Problem, oder? Entweder wird direkt ein proprietärer Hersteller genannt, oder die Bedingungen werden soweit (auf eigentlich unnötige Art und Weise) verschärft, dass nur noch ganz bestimmte proprietäre Produkte in Frage kommen.
Mir stellt sich daher die Frage, ob ein Erfolg von Google in obigem Prozess auch Auswirkungen auf die Lage hier in Deutschland hätte.
Oder ist die Lage bezüglich öffentlicher Ausschreibungen bei uns ohnehin schon besser als in den USA? Oder schlimmer?
