wir haben am Dienstag einen Fragenkatalog ans Bundesministerium des Inneren geschickt zur unklaren Situation um Dataport/dPhoenix und den Souveränen Arbeitsplatz. Die Fragen mit einer kurzen Einführung ins Thema finden sich in einem aktuellen News Item:

In welcher Form habt ihr diese Fragen gestellt? Als Informationsfreiheitsanfragen hat man ja ein Recht auf Antwort. Über FragDenStaat gestellt, könnten wir den Fortgang der Kommunikation mit dem Ministerium live verfolgen. Habt ihr die Frage nach dem Programmtext auch als Informationsfreiheitsanfrage gestellt?

wir haben erstmal eine einfache Bürgerinnenanfrage ans BMI geschickt und werden sehen, was dabei rumkommt. Wenn nicht viel, ist eine IFG-Anfrage der nächste Schritt.

Hallo, was mich ein wenig wundert: Warum habt ihr nur das BMI befragt?
Durch das Föderale System hat Dataport doch eigentlich nichts mit dem BMI zu tun, da Land (Auch wenn sie freiwillig Kooperieren).

das BMI ist mit ZenDiS für den Souveränen Arbeitsplatz zuständig. Wir möchten das wechselseitige Schwarze-Peter-Spiel zwischen dem BMI und Dataport verstehen (was basiert worauf, wie sind die Verantwortlichkeiten?).
Je nachdem, was für Antworten wir bekommen, fragen wir danach weiter, ggf. auch andere Stakeholder.
