schwach. Ich denke wir sollten die öffentliche Verwaltung hier kontaktieren und ihnen erklären warum das wichtig ist.
Hätte hier jemand Lust dabei zu helfen in Deutschland eine Liste der Verwaltungen zu sammeln, die das machen und an einem Anschreiben zu arbeiten?

Ich finde diese Argumentation auch für Sweach. Die EZB hat z. B. eine Checker für GESMES/TS entwickelt, der unter den Bedingungen der EU Public License veröffentlicht wurde. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein Thema, welches außerhalb des ESCB auch eher von geirnger Relevanz sein dürfte.
Hier in Deutschland gibt es ja die Tendzenz, dass Software, die mit staatlicher Unterstützung entwickelt wurde, kommerziallisert wird. Ein Beispiel hierfür ist das Programm Mupad.
Wenn dies in der USA auch Usus wäre, was würde Linux in der heutigen Form nicht exisitieren, da z. B. viele Programme, wie Kerberos, aus dem Athena-Projekit stammen, welches ja durch staatliche Mittel bezuschusst wurde.
