Hallo Freunde freier Software, das Projekt LiMux in München ist weiterhin auf Erfolgskurs und ich denke, wir können mithelfen, dass es sich rumspricht.
Bitte helft uns dabei! Ein wichtiger Schritt ist meiner Ansicht nach, den Wikipedia-Eintrag auf Deutsch und Englisch zu modernisiern und zu verbessern.

Da gibt es Hackfeste, Fortschritt, Tipps, Ausschnitte aus Radibeiträgen... Jede Menge Material! Sogar Herr Ude sagte was dazu, siehe auch www.pro-linux.de.
Verbesserungspotential auf der Deutschen Wikipediaseite: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/LiMux
Zum Beispiel wird auf der Wikipedia-Seite gar nicht klar, dass das Projekt mehrere Zeile hatte, z.B. Einführung von Anwendung auf allen 15K Rechnern, die auch schon erreicht wurden. Z.B. Icedove, OpenOffice.org, Iceweasel. Migration von 22 Bereichen (15 oder so schon gemacht).
Die Textstruktur könnte besser sein, nicht so gemischt. Und das Einsparpotential was Herr Ude genannt hat ist sicherlich für die Leser hochinteressant.
Bitte helft uns, damit die Erfolgsgeschichte auch bekannter wird! Jeder Verbesserung an der Wikipedia-Seite hilft, selbst wenn es nur eine sehr kleine ist!

Niemand? Das ist eigentlich wirklich einfach, am besten ein Konto bei Wikipedia machen, dann den Artikel lesen und eins von meinen Beispielen unten verbessern und die Referenz angeben, wo Ihr das gelesen habt. Da kann jeder mitmachen, der 30 Minuten Zeit hat und Freie Software gut findet!

Habt Ihr eigentlich gesehen, dass sich Herr Altehage von LiMux im Bayerischen Rundfunk zum Auswärtigen Amt und offenen Standard geäußert hat?

Ja, das sind zwei verschiedene! :) Den einen habe ich selbst noch nicht gehört. Hat wer Lust das mal auszuschneiden oder sogar zu transkribieren? (Da fällt mir wieder die echt coole Software "transcriber" ein, vom öffentlichen Franzöischen(?) Rundfunk zum Transkribieren programmiert.)

Ja, das sind zwei verschiedene! :) Den einen habe ich selbst noch nicht gehört. Hat wer Lust das mal auszuschneiden oder sogar zu transkribieren? (Da fällt mir wieder die echt coole Software "transcriber" ein, vom öffentlichen Franzöischen(?) Rundfunk zum Transkribieren programmiert.)
Ah, es gibt da wohl einen Nachfolger: TranscriberAG, http://transag.sourceforge.net/ Und es war vermutlich auch das Französische Verteidigungsministerium (DGA), siehe http://trans.sourceforge.net/en/Transcriber-LREC1998.php
Der alte war hier http://trans.sourceforge.net, wirklich portabel durch das Tcl/tk Zeugs und ziemlich robust. ABer TranscriberAG sieht wirklch gut aus.
Sieht mir auch sehr noch einer Erfolgsgeschichte aus! Bernhard
