Sehr schönes Werk, das kannte ich noch gar nicht. Und es steht unter CC-BY-SA. Vorbildlich! Kein NC- oder ND-Unsinn. So geht man mit gutem Beispiel voran. :-)

Mein mplayer sowie mein Eiswiesel können da nix reißen.

Ich konnte die Datei http://www.archive.org/download/CopyingIsNotTheft-Best/CINT_Nik_H264_720.ogv lokal mit smplayer, mplayer, vlc und kaffeine ohne Probleme abspielen.

Bei mir tut's alles an Playern, das ich installiert habe: Dragonplayer, MPlayer, KMPlayer und VLC. MPlayer allerdings mit einer Codec-Fehlermeldung, er tut's aber trotzdem.

Iceweasel funktioniert bei mir... wenn auch stockend. Totem funktioniert nicht, aber gxine.
Ich glaube, es hat auch mit der ungewöhnlichen Bildgröße zu tun. Auf jeden Fall sollte man es sich von der großen Datei neu konvertieren. Die Ogg Theora Datei dort wurde noch mit einem Encoder vor Thusnelda kodiert.
