Das Projekt um das es mir geht (Privoxy) müsste nach meiner Interpretation Eurer Regeln abgelehnt werden und die Regeln widersprechen m. E. auch mindestens einer Anforderung von unserer Seite ('terms of service are "reasonable"').
Abgesehen davon, darf man dort auch keine beliebige freie Software hosten und muss (aus meiner Sicht) inakzeptable Sprachvorschriften beachten, die es nicht mal bei SourceForge gibt: http://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php
Im Wesentlichen darf jede freie Software gehostet werden, die nicht notwenig von proprietärer abhängt und somit auch auf einem vollständig freien System lauffähig ist.
Das fände ich zwar nicht ideal, aber für Privoxy akzeptabel. Bedeutet das, dass die obige URL wie die FAQ zu veralteten Inhalten führt und tatsächlich andere Regeln gelten?
