Hm, naja ob 1k noch als Schutzgebühr durchgeht? (siehe EU/FSFE Definition) Wenn das Dokument dann wo anders frei für Entwickler verfügbar ist wärs ok, ein kleines (freies) Softwareprojekt kann meistens nicht alleine mal 1k aufbringe, zumindest am Beginn.
Mag sein, aber da könnten Gleichgesinnte zusammenlegen, das Dokument kaufen, und es dann für jedermann Verfügbar machen.
Diese Art der "Arbeitsteilung" hat man doch öfters: Die einen holen Informationen ran und klagen bzw. kaufen Dokumente ein. Die anderen nutzen die Informationen zur Softwareentwicklung.
In Zukunft gibt's vielleicht nicht nur Crowdfunding um die Programmierer zu bezahlen, sondern auch um die Standards kaufen zu können. ;-)
