Aber ernsthaft, was soll da raus kommen? Im Grunde bieten beide doch das Gleiche auf den ersten Blick (AD/LDAP, OWA/Horde ... ) und keinen juckts in der Wirtschaft. Eine Studie mehr wird das nicht ändern. Da muss man bei den Entscheidern angreifen, die eben nicht, wie so gerne erzählt wird, objektiv entscheiden, sondern tatsächlich auf schicke Slides abfahren und nach Gefühl entscheiden.
Norman sprach ja davon, MS' Lösungen gegen Lösungen mit Freier Software vergleichen zu wollen, da war das mein Beispiel, und das ist oft genug installiert (der SBS).
Univention und Zentyal (und die Dienstleister, die beide vermarkten, installieren und supporten) können KMUs zig Tausende sparen, und die KMUs haben immer jemanden an der Hand, der ihnen einen Bug in der Config des Bind, des Sambas, CUPS' oder, oder, oder fixt, und das zu wesentlich(!) geringeren Kosten als bei MS.
Wenn keiner nie anfängt, können wir die FSFE auch einstampfen, oder?
Was also raus kommen soll: Bessere Lösungen für bestehende Software zu geringeren Kosten und bei wesentlich größerem Freiheitsgrad.
