There are limited funds for Outreachy and there will not be as many projects as GSoC. As the project would be funded by Debian, the project would have to deliver something that offers a specific benefit to the Debian community (although it doesn't have to be exclusive to Debian)
If anybody is interested in mentoring, please feel free to add your name and link on the wiki page and look out for questions from potential applicants on this mailing list.
Please also feel free to share the link on social media, blogs and if you are in a university, any on-campus advertising would help a lot.
