As Brian informed me, they plan is to allocate 1 hour recording time in the studio for each partner when we arrive on the first day in Dublin. Their intention is to be strict on the time with each member, so we will have to work with whatever material is produced in that time. If they feel the quality of recordings is not sufficient then they will have to make a decision whether to cut it or not and maybe consider to scale back all the content or myself and Brian Gillespie to re-record other partner material. Additionaly he mentioned that the transcripts, subtitles and their translations can be handled via software initially as a stop gap.

I and Brian are looking forward to your replies by 02.11.18 to plan this properly.

Best,
Katerina
