Hi Galia,
I checked it and I could subscribe myself without any problems. Let me know if you have further problems.
Best, Katerina

Dear Katerina,
I just got informed and double checked that we have an issue with the newsletter subscription function on the foss4smes.eu website. An error message appears when someone is trying to subscribe.
Kind Regards, Galia

Dear all,
the time for our third Newsletter has come. Please submit your texts inside the file called "FOSS4SMEs_3rd Newsletter text 3.7.19" located under K:\team\foss4smes\2. Implementation\A11 Newsletter\3rd Newsletter Since we plan to send this out on the 15th of July, it is required that you fill it out *by 08.07. the latest.*
FSFE will then coordinate the gathering of the translated versions (by 31.07.) in the same folder and ATL will upload them in our project website (by 09.08.).
Thank you all for your valuable contributions.
Best, Katerina

Dear FSFE colleagues,
in the Keybase folder K:\team\foss4smes\1. Management\A2 MCE PLAN I have uploaded the updated internal timeplan of our tasks. The 3rd newsletter was planned for 06.19 according to our last discussions and the 4th is then due in 09.19. Due to our delays and because we wanted to use it in order to promote the completed course, we had to postpone it. Now that the course is ready, the videos are uploaded and the impact tools/process is clear, we could proceed with this task. This time we need a newsletter inviting our subscribers to visit the platform, look into the course, test it, fill out evaluation forms and give us feedback. I remember Galia had nice ideas about using for this also our Social Media channels, so I am looking forward to receive suggestions on this as well. I will follow your valuable dissemination ideas.
I do not recall the ideas you are referring to, but I am happy to contribute to the newsletter with the FSFE input on the promoting part. As with the previous newsletter, I would recommend to reuse the line, we suggested back then (also in keybase: 2. Implementation > A11 Newsletter folder): "... Additionally, we occasionally post updates and interesting information on our social media channels [comment: insert links, tags with names to all of them- fb, twitter, linkedin]. Check them out and follow us there to stay up to date with the further development and improvements of our e-learning platform."
As an extra comment to that I would suggest a direct link to the platform to be included in the social media profiles of FOSS4SMEs, which will make it easier for the people following the accounts to access the courses
Lets put a priority to marketing of our great product. I suggest that FSFE prepares this newsletter alone first, and that I have then a final look before seding it out. Since TUD and SKUNI are on leave and I unfortunately am not aware of the status of the others, I conclude that this is our best option.
Can you please inform me if you can prepare the newsletter text by 10.07? I would like to send it out on the 15th of July. On the same date, I could post things in our channels!
In this context of pressing deadlines and summer breaks our suggestion is to stick to the official and already established structure and delegation of tasks, rather than making last minute changes that will cause an even bigger delay. The FSFE will be happy to proofread and make due contribution to the newsletter, as well as prepare our German translation. Unfortunately, we will not be able to assemble an entire newsletter.
