Dear Sivan,
thank you very much for your following up the editing of our project brochure. I actually see no length difference between the old and the new disclaimer you created. We still have 5 lines of text and almost 9 words per line. Further, this disclaimer is an unusual one in contrast to the one of Francesco, which is very often seen in all kinds of publications and leaflets (it follows also EC guidelines). A reader is keen on such disclaimers, and is actually expecting them. With the new one, its possible that the reader wonders where this disclaimer comes from, as its not the standard one (not so professional from our side). Moreover, I am not sure if the text is in perfect English - i think it needs proof reading. Finally, I preferred the old version also because of the full alignment of the text, which is now missing.
Just letting you know, in case you want to consider these points for the final update.
Dear all, I am sending you the link (its our Google Drive Folder), where you can proceed with your translated version: https ://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-mDxEqX0gWLshzZjpkZaF-1krBx7T3D-Utc31oQhZlo/edit# gid=0 Lets have them ready for our coming dissemination activities.
Thank you all in advance.
Best, Katerina

Hi everyone,
Please find attached the new suggestion for the brochure. Here the disclaimer is moved to the end of the second page and the IKY logo is on the first. I think this is an okay solution, even though it would have been nicer without the disclaimer.
Hopefully we will have found a final version with this one ;)
Kind regards, Sivan

Dear Francesco, Ifigeneia,
I see the point that the Commission is mandating the use of that language, though I don't think we can make it even smaller without it becoming unreadable though.
I will come back with a suggestion in the next few days.
Kind regards, Sivan

Hi Ifigenia,
I just wanted to suggest to be careful with this disclaimer, because this is normally a standard one required by the Commission.
In this regard, please make reference to the visibility guidelines page from the EACEA website (point 2):
è https://eacea.ec.europa.eu/about-eacea/visual-identity_en
Hope this is of help. If too long, I think it would be ok to include it with even a smaller font.
Best,

Hi all,
Instead of
“This project has been funded with support from the European Commission. This publication reflects the views only of the author, and the Commission
cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.”
My suggestion (if you think it is enough) is
“Project co-funded by the Erasmus + Programme of the European Union. This publication reflects the views only of the author.”
Best regards,
Ifigeneia
