MULTIPLIER EVENTS (from FSFE)
- Check out my attachment Annex III, page 4.
- Check Dissem. Plan from FSFE--> 40 local participants , presentations topics, etc.
- Required documentation: Agenda, participants list (Name, date, place, e-mail, position, organisation name, organisation adress if applicable, signature), Flyer and powerpoint/PDF distributed, Invoice from event organisator if applicable, photos/videos as proofs.

O2/A4 ASSESSMENT (from SKUNI)
1 TASK) Short training 15 participants
- see 2 files attached from SKUNI
- concerning the first step ("ask SMEs to investigate their interest"), I will use the "Participant Survey - BEFORE" created by Francesco.
- After the training the participants fill out the xls. from Skovde colleagues and send it to you per e-mail
- you upload it in Keybase along with presentation/training materials.
2 TASK) 1 VET provider
- use same questionnaire from SE colleagues.

IMPACT TOOLS (from DLEARN)
All these are inside the attached Quality Plan page 26 by Dlearn. plus the extra files. We have tried to use them in Greece, but it turned out that participants were exhausted from too many questionnaires. The feedback was not good... As a result we will try to reduce the number of questionnaires by trying to join/merge them somehow and if possible place them all in Moodle... There are a lot of surveys, so you decide which you use on the day of the Multiplier event. It depends on the time you have available. For example, if you have time, you can let them fil out the surveys inside Moodle.

Give the link to the IR course during the event or even before. The users need to register using their own mail adress. They will need to create their own credentials. We need this process to monitor them through GISMO and be able to report numbers and use to the NA.

We will be running our multiplier event next Wednesday and I would like to test the Learning Platform with 15 participants.

Could I get a login that participants can use on the day (we will be logging them in so they don't need to know the credentials).

Also, which surveys do I need to get participants to complete on the day? I'm having trouble with Keybase on every machine I've tried. I can get access to folder 1.Management/A5 Quality Plan/Impact Tools but I cannot open any of the documents for some reason.

I want to make sure I capture all of the surveys I need to on the day. Other than survey's and the attendance sheet is there anything else that needs to be captured at the Multiplier?
