Dear Sivan,
within O3/A2 OFE is going to:
a. draft the policy recommendation report --> including an *analysis of the
VET and economic case* for sustaining and widening the use of the project
results. The report will demonstrate how the strategic use of FOSS within
VET has the *potential to improve the competitiveness* of SMEs, based also
on existing case studies, statistics and projections. It will set out a *series
of recommendations* for policy makers responsible for education and
business, focusing on the specific implications for SMEs.
b. lead this activity --> All partners will contribute according to their
expertise and the contribution required by OFE in terms of research and
inputs.
c. distribute the draft report to a series of national and EU s*takeholders
for feedback* prior to preparing the final report. The report will be
presented in multiplier events to collect feedback from stakeholders.
The structure of this new document should include titles that match with
the proposal (like bold text above). OFE can organise a multiplier event
for the UK stakeholders (like asked from our NA) in order to get the
required feedback within O3/A2. The Peer Review (ATL, Dlearn) for this
activity is planned for 17-31.07.19. If you have any questions or you need
the teams input, we can discuss this on 18.06. in our next telco.

Dear FSFE colleagues,
in the Keybase folder K:\team\foss4smes\1. Management\A2 MCE PLAN I have
uploaded the updated internal timeplan of our tasks. The 3rd newsletter was
planned for 06.19 according to our last discussions and the 4th is then due
in 09.19. Due to our delays and because we wanted to use it in order to
promote the completed course, we had to postpone it. Now that the course is
ready, the videos are uploaded and the impact tools/process is clear, we
could proceed with this task. This time we need a newsletter inviting our
subscribers to visit the platform, look into the course, test it, fill out
evaluation forms and give us feedback. I remember Galia had nice ideas
about using for this also our Social Media channels, so I am looking
forward to receive suggestions on this as well. I will follow your valuable
dissemination ideas.
Lets put a priority to marketing of our great product. I suggest that FSFE
prepares this newsletter alone first, and that I have then a final look
before seding it out. Since TUD and SKUNI are on leave and I unfortunately
am not aware of the status of the others, I conclude that this is our best
option.
Can you please inform me if you can prepare the newsletter text by 10.07? I
would like to send it out on the 15th of July. On the same date, I could
post things in our channels!
Thank you in advance for your quick response. Although its summer time, I
am positive that we will reach some contacts and receive some feedback
before the Brussels meeting. In this way, each partner will be able to
independantly forward the posts/ the newsletter to his contacts reaching
some valuable numbers for our statistics.

*Important Notice due to delays: *
Since the O2/A4 which was planed to be finished by May is not done, and the
translation of Units was internally/in Dublin planned for July, I decided
that we should all proceed with O2/A2 (translations) first as originally
planned in the project. As soon as I tell you that all content is in Moodle
in English, you can start working on your country's version. ATL will clone
the English course for you. Then, you would need to log in, click on "turn
on editing" and you will be able to copy paste your translations replacing
the English text. In this way, you can be sure, that you dont miss a spot.
Due to the delay, ATL will not import the translations, but will provide
you with guidelines on how to complete this task yourself. Each of you will
and can have a different rhythm concerning the remaining steps. SKUNI will
not be able to coordinate their activity due to holidays of all partners,
so we will be working independently. Important for the project is that all
partners have the results of their O2/A4 process before our meeting in
Brussels. Here is our timeplan adjusted accordingly. Please get back to me
by 28.06. if you have something against this suggestion.
