As presented in Dublin, Sivan and I have finished the first round of
peer reviews. Attached and in Keybase [^1] you will find the results
with comments and in-text changes in the folders of OFE and FSFE.
Attached and in Keybase you will also find a document with recommended
style guidelines which summarise issues and inconsistencies we've found
in most documents. Please read and consider implementing them while
editing your learning units.
Please note that all peer-reviewed documents are in the ODT format.
Please consider using LibreOffice when editing the files to guarantee
best compatibility amongst all partners.
Timeline for the next steps related to O2/A1 looks like the following:
- 03.02.: all partners updated their units based on peer review and
guidelines
- 08.02.: 2nd round of peer review finished
- 19.02.: all partners implement feedback from 2nd peer review
- 01.03.: raw import of all units finished

Dear Elisa and Francesco,
I would like to ask you (as the Quality Managers of our project), if we
have fulfilled the tasks described in pages 62-63 of the proposal. I was
going through the document and to my understanding there might be an extra
document, called the "Quality and Evaluation Plan", that sets out concrete
plans for using both qualitative and quantitative methods to monitor and
evidence impact throughout the project.
For example, it mentions that we will measure the impact to the "VET
centers" through a participant-survey of VET trainers (before and after)
including a reflection statement including evidence of increased personal
effectiveness and through written evidence of concrete plans and/or actual
examples of VET trainers and ICT experts using the course with other SMEs.
Such measures are described for all relevant target groups. Do you think we
have covered some of these points already? Are there any points that are
missing from our future plans? I guess that this is something simple for
you, but it looks a bit complex to me at the moment.
I am looking forward to hear from you on how we can deal with these tasks
in order to include them in our timeplan inside the Management Plan
document. If you prefer, we could have a quick Skype.
I know that this is a busy period for you due to proposal writing (same
here), so if this is a big issue, we can discuss it after the 21. of March.

first, I want to thank the partners that have already contacted me and have
sent me all the information I requested. Following your replies (to my
email from 30.01.19) I would like to update you on our status today.
*Financial information*
We would like to invite FSFE and OFE to send us an invoice of 20% (for the
third payment which is due now) on the FOSS4SMEs project.
We would like to invite DIT to send us an invoice of 80% (for the first,
second and third payment together) on the FOSS4SMEs project.
*Timesheets *(scanned as "Certified copies", signed and stamped)
We would like FSFE, OFE and DIT to send us the timesheets for Oct, Nov and
Dec 2018 asap (per person, per staff category, per output AND Only integer
numbers at the sum).
*Travel Documents*
We would like FSFE, OFE and DIT to send us the following documents for
every person for the Dublin trip (scanned as "Certified copies", signed and
stamped)
- Flight itinerary and boarding passes
- Travel invoices, receipts (plane, bus, etc.)
- Subsistence costs invoices/ receipts (hotel, etc.)

We would like FSFE and DIT to scan and upload the certificates as PDF files

I checked with our financial department and this is how we need them. The

We are waiting for OFE to send us per post the list that everyone has

I have reviewed the minutes on 12.02.19. DIT and FSFE are now finalising
the document. Please send it to us/me within this week.
*Keybase*
The documents still remaining in our Google Drive folder are not valid
anymore. From now on, we are only using Keybase.
*O2/A1 Updates of Units after 1st Peer Review from OFE and FSFE *
We would like FSFE and OFE to update us on the status of the files they
received from the partners. Since my last communication with you, Unit 2.3,
2.4, 3 and 5 were missing from Keybase. As a result the 2nd review is still
not conducted and so the import of the units in Moodle cannot start
tomorrow as planned. We need to discuss a new timeline and see how we can
deal with this new delay.
Concerning Unit 1, I have sent (Max and Sivan) an e-mail on 30.01.19
(topic: O2/A1 1st Peer Review - results and guidelines ) with my thoughts
and questions on the issues I had in Unit 1. Please try to get back to me
on these points within your next review.
*FOSS tool for Video hosting*
We would like FSFE to inform us on the alternative FOSS tool for hosting
videos.

We would like DIT, DLEARN, FSFE and OFE to prepare their text and upload it
