I'm sending this email asking for a final push on the "Impact" results of our project.
Unfortunately, the situation is not good, because we still have no results to the impact surveys, that went live before summer. But we still have to report on the impact created by the project, because this is one of the formal requirements of the Erasmus + programme that financed the project.
So, one way or another, we have to deliver, otherwise we will get some cuts in our budget and we will end up losing money after the NA assess our Final Report (due by the end of this month).
Then please, try to make a last effort and provide 15 answers in total between the first two surveys (SMEs and VET) and one to the "partners" survey by tomorrow morning.

I've been trying to figure out what happened here as we had completed the
compilation of the assessments some time ago. I think there may be a
synchronization issue with Keybase as I can see the files in my folder on
one machine and not another. I've uploaded the files again but I am still
not seeing them. I've attached an archived version of the files here and I
will try from my office machine in the morning. Apologies once again for
any delay on our part.

I have checked the files we need to submit concerning the *Dissemination
Progress Report of M18* and the *Final Diss. Report of M24* and I realised
that we have some red spots inside those two files, that need to be
finalised. You will find the files prepared by me, along with information
from my IT colleague produced for the final report under
K:\team\foss4smes\1. Management\Dissemination Reports. Please do make your
final changes i*nside these versions* (I have done spelling, changed DIT
into TUD, etc. many changes...)
Furthermore, there is something that we have forgot to include in the final
report. This is task *A8: Publications of articles, news and press releases*.
Please include *a paragraph on this inside the final report* and if
possible mention it as a heading seen in the table of contents.
In addition, please create one *extra file* called " A8: Publications of
articles, news and press releases ", where you include a selection of our
work in this task. We need it as an extra deliverable for the NA.

According to the guidelines provided from the legal department of OFE
forwarded from Sivan to us all (see his e-mail from 17.09.19), for *the
consistency* of the learning content included in the platform and for our
legal safety we should either:
a) each of us add the *sources and a copyright notice* in the *end of each
lesson* (for each image/pic we use) as Sivan did – check for example his

Hi everyone,
Our legal adviser looked at the copyright issue for logos and provided some
recommendations. The document is specifically for the OFE section as it
includes information on the logos used there, but I think the structure is
also clear for everyone else.
He also added: "please make a proposed single page for copyright notices
appear right at the front of the document, very closely (if not
immediately) following the title page. If there are multiple documents,
make the page appear right at the front of each separate document."
I hope this helps in the implementation of the necessary information. This
is besides the creative commons notice that Jonas and Björn have pushed to
be included in the course.

of September, but I believed it is better to give them to you after our

even if we have no time left to finalise our tasks, we still need to keep
trying to complete all open points *asap*. I have checked your deliveries
and these are the missing to dos:
*TUD** - Upload your Cert. of Participation in Keybase *under
K:\team\foss4smes\5. Meetings\4. Brussels\Certificates of Participation
*SKUNI AND DLEARN** – Upload final version of Brussels meeting minutes *(one
single file).
*Moodle course – 200 required registrations:* ATL: 15, TUD: 15 , FSFE: 1 ,
OFE: 9 , SKOVDE: 0 , Dlearn: 0 . Please make sure you have 35 registered
users in your course. Through analytics we will check how many downloaded
the content from the zip folder from our project website.
*TUD** - O2/A4 filled assessment templates*: Results of our O2/A4 to be
saved under K:\team\foss4smes\2. Implementation\Outputs\Output 2\A4
Assessment.
*TUD** - O2/A2 Mother tongue videos*: still expecting the links for the
videos. Each partner will be responsible for updating his course.
