According to the guidelines provided from the legal department of OFE
forwarded from Sivan to us all (see his e-mail from 17.09.19), for *the
consistency* of the learning content included in the platform and for our
legal safety we should either:
a) each of us add the *sources and a copyright notice* in the *end of each
lesson* (for each image/pic we use) as Sivan did – check for example his
page on lesson 2.1. part 9:

or b) *delete *the pics without sources and copyright.

Dear all, please check once again your own unit/lessons *inside the UK
course* and make the required changes (add sources and copyright
notice) by *25.10.19.

In parallel, all of us -except OFE- should also make the same changes in
our *own country course*. If *translation* is required, we should do it too
(IT, GR, DE).
After the 25th, all of us -except OFE- must make one *last check* that our
country course includes the exact same content with the UK course (*by
31.10.19).*

Hi everyone,
Our legal adviser looked at the copyright issue for logos and provided some
recommendations. The document is specifically for the OFE section as it
includes information on the logos used there, but I think the structure is
also clear for everyone else.
He also added: "please make a proposed single page for copyright notices
appear right at the front of the document, very closely (if not
immediately) following the title page. If there are multiple documents,
make the page appear right at the front of each separate document."
I hope this helps in the implementation of the necessary information. This
is besides the creative commons notice that Jonas and Björn have pushed to
be included in the course.

application is very vague on what this deliverable is supposed to be. I
have done my best to take your feedback into account, but really don't

ATL: Dear Sivan, thank you for the hard work so far. I haven’t sent you any
“serious/formal review” since you haven’t prepared a “serious draft”
before. My first e-mail to you on this was to provide you guidelines on how
you can build this part, since you asked for help and felt unable to
proceed with the task. Now that you have prepared a draft, I reviewed it
and this is my official feedback. I have these points since the beginning
of September, but I believed it is better to give them to you after our
event in Brussels and especially after the O2/A4 is finished. In this way
you could work on my review by having in mind also the above mentioned
results, which was how we were supposed to proceed initially in the project
(please see our timeplan again). Do you think you can make one last try and
send me your final version by 18.10.19? You can ask Jonas on the results,
so that you can include a paragraph on this.
