As presented in Dublin, Sivan and I have finished the first round of
peer reviews. Attached and in Keybase [^1] you will find the results
with comments and in-text changes in the folders of OFE and FSFE.
Attached and in Keybase you will also find a document with recommended
style guidelines which summarise issues and inconsistencies we've found
in most documents. Please read and consider implementing them while
editing your learning units.
Please note that all peer-reviewed documents are in the ODT format.
Please consider using LibreOffice when editing the files to guarantee
best compatibility amongst all partners.
Timeline for the next steps related to O2/A1 looks like the following:
- 03.02.: all partners updated their units based on peer review and
guidelines
- 08.02.: 2nd round of peer review finished
- 19.02.: all partners implement feedback from 2nd peer review
- 01.03.: raw import of all units finished

*Financial information*
We would like to invite FSFE, Dlearn and OFE to send us an invoice of 20%
(for the third payment which is due now) on the FOSS4SMEs project.
We would like to invite DIT to send us an invoice of 80% (for the first,
second and third payment together) on the FOSS4SMEs project.
We would like to invite SKUNI to send us an invoice of 50% (for the second
and third payment together) on the FOSS4SMEs project.

Please send us your timesheets for Oct, Nov and Dec 2018 asap (per person,
per staff category, per output AND Only integer numbers at the sum).

I was expecting to receive them by the 25.01. Is it possible to have them

As Galia suggested, I have tried to move most of our documents from Google
Drive to Keybase. Please check if there are any documents created by you
left in our Google Drive folder and move them in our Keybase folder. Please
remember to add a date along within the filename e.g. filename_date.xlsx
*O2/A1 1st Peer Review – results for Unit 1*
Please remember that *by Sunday* we should all have updated our units based
on peer review and guidelines from FSFE and OFE. Lets keep fingers crossed
that we will all be able to stick to our strict timeline.
*FOSS tool for Video hosting*
Someone said during the meeting, that there is a FOSS tool for hosting
videos. Which one is that? I need to communicate this to our IT department.

Hi All,
Thank you all for visiting Dublin last week for what I believe was a
productive meeting. It's always good to catch up in person and to have an
open discussion in a social setting.
I've uploaded the pictures Peter took during the meeting into the Keybase
folder for the Dublin Meeting. You will also find copies of your
certificate of attendance in there.
As a follow-up, we did a short LinkedIn press release for the event
which attracted some attention. The post received over 1000 views in the
first day and has probably peaked now. One interesting insight from the
post was that "Lawyers" were the most popular people who viewed the post.

We have fixed the dates for the Dublin Meeting as follows:
Wednesday 16th January 2019
Thursday 17th January 2019
I will assume a maximum of two delegates will be arriving from each
partner. If there are more than two or non-attendance, then please let me
know (I need this for room booking resources).
DIT is currently a multi-location college with locations across the city.
We intend to host the meeting in the Aungier St campus on the first day and
the Grangegorman campus on the second day. Movement to the
Grangegorman campus will depend on the progress we make in the recording
studio on the first day.

- *Units: *our stauts is in Keybase --> FSFE – no deliverable, Dlearn –
finalised, OFE – file not working, DIT – file not working, ATL – update
after DIT review required, SKUNI- finalised. Final is a Unit that
includes pictures, assessment exercises and summaries.
- @ FSFE and OFE: *Peer Review* will happen after solution with FSFEs
delay is found. I still have no news from Max.
- *Translations:* By the beginning of January all training content
should be ready in 5 languages. As soon as our final versions are
available, we are able to start with this next task. Remember to find
