1) Scanned documents - Deadline 25/10/2018
All originals must be photocopied
The photocopies must be marked as "Certified copies", signed and stamped.

DECLARATIONS
* DECLARATION_General (attached document),
* DECLARATION_vat if the company comes under VAT e.t.c.
STAFF COSTS (for each person working on the project)
* Timesheet until September 2018 (per person, per staff category, per output), Only integer numbers at the sum!!!
TRAVEL AND SUBSISTENCE COST (of every person for every trip)
* Flight itinerary and boarding passes
* Travel invoices, receipts (plane, bus, etc.)
* Subsistence costs invoices/ receipts (hotel, etc.)
EXCEPTIONAL COSTS
* Invoice, receipts (on the invoice there must be the name and number of the project and the relevant tasks)
* Payment proof

HI All,
I've added a file in Keybase at Katerina's request containing links to the
Demo Videos we have recently created. For our own convenience, we will host
the videos on Google Driive and upload the final content to Keybase.
The videos are based on Katerina's script for Unit 1. Our Media Technician,
Peter Manifold carried out the post-production including sound, images, and
transitions.
Please have a look at the videos if you have time before the meeting
tomorrow and we can discuss them further. (We'll wear something less casual
in the final versions)

Hi everyone,
Also from me some pre-call completed todo's. Apologies that it was not
possible before.
The Brochures are now translated into the project languages. Some
creative resizing was necessary as English really proves to be a
compact language. I hope it looks fine still. There is a "normal" and
"print" version. When you bring it to a copy shop just bring both
versions and the copy shop can choose which one they want to use. The
brochures are on the Keybase.
Also on the Keybase is the final UK Desk and Field report. Thank you to
SKUNI and DIT for their thoughtful review. Most small suggestions are
now changed and I also tried to adapt as much as possible to the bigger
ones.
