Hi All,
We have fixed the dates for the Dublin Meeting as follows:
Wednesday 16th January 2019
Thursday 17th January 2019
I will assume a maximum of two delegates will be arriving from each
partner. If there are more than two or non-attendance, then please let me
know (I need this for room booking resources).
DIT is currently a multi-location college with locations across the city.
We intend to host the meeting in the Aungier St campus on the first day and
the Grangegorman campus on the second day. Movement to the
Grangegorman campus will depend on the progress we make in the recording
studio on the first day.

There are many hotels in the city center, the closer you get to
St.Stephens Green the more expensive they tend to be. I have indicated
below 3 hotels, keeping in mind the substance and location.
Central Hotel
1- 5 Exchequer Street, D2 Dublin, Ireland
Travelodge Stephens Green
Lower Mercer Street, D02 TW61 Dublin, Ireland
Drury Court Hotel
28-30 Stephen Street Lower, D2 Dublin, Ireland
I will provide more information on meeting room locations as soon as I can.
Looking forward to seeing you all.
Regards,
B

Dear all,
this is a kind reminder of what we promised in the proposal concerning
translations.
1. Website: "In order to reach the broadest possible audience, the website
will be in English and translated in all the partners' languages."
Proposal, p.64
2. Brochure: "The brochure shall be drafted in English and translated into
all the national languages of the partners." Proposal, p.65
3. Project newsletters: "The document will be drafted in English and
translated into all national languages of the partners." Proposal, p.65
4. Training Course: " The course will be first developed in English and
then translated into national languages. "
In our next telco on the 16th of October we shoud make a plan to try and
reach these promises. I will prepare some documents in our Google Drive
folder, where there is already the file
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-mDxEqX0gWLshzZjpkZaF-1krBx7T3D-Utc…
Last but not least 5 days ago someone created a Russian translation. If
this is not us, we should check what is wrong with the privacy of our
forlder.
Thank you in advance.
Best,
Katerina

Dear all,
Please see the Dissemination Report attached. It contains an overview of
all dissemination activities we've achieved during the past 12 months.
I'm quite happy with what we've managed to do, and I'm looking forward
to surpass our goals in the upcoming project year!
The document is also available in Keybase. If you have questions and
feedback, please let me know.
The Exploitation Plan will follow end of this week.
Best,
Max

Dear all,
I wanted to inform you on the discussion I had with the Activity Leader of
O2 concerning our O2 timeline. Please check the following timeline for the
coming activities of O2 and tell us by 02.11.18 whether you think that you
could cope with this and make everything on time. We need to consider
Christmas leave and other responsibilities. I have underlined the minimum
we should deliver to the NA to fulfill our promises. The rest (in blue
colour) is up to us to decide.
*By 30.11.18: Unit 1-5 prepared with images and assessment exercises.*
By 07.12.18: Creation of slides with images, artwork and text for slected
5-10 videos
*By 14.12.18: First check of the 5 units content language among team +
Texts for 2nd Newsletter delivered* + Scripts for camera ready speaking for
5-10 videos prepared
*By 31.12.18: First update of the 5 units after the review + among team
Translation of 2nd Newsletter content into national languages.*
By 04.01.19: First Review of scripts for videos
16-17.01.19: Meeting in Dublin, final agreement on scripts/video language
and shooting of videos.
* By 18.01.19: Subtitle files prepared for all videos *
*By 21.01.19: 2nd update of the 5 units *

By 30.01.19: Post production of videos (ready with subtitles)
*By 31.01.19: Translation of the 5 units into national languages *
*By 08.02.19: Import of the 5 units* + the videos into the 5 e-learning
courses
*01-15.02.19: Peer Review of O2/A1, A2 and A3 deliverables*
*15-30.02.19: Testing and finalisation of platform and courses*
As Brian informed me, they plan is to allocate 1 hour recording time in the
studio for each partner when we arrive on the first day in Dublin. Their
intention is to be strict on the time with each member, so we will have to
work with whatever material is produced in that time. If they feel the
quality of recordings is not sufficient then they will have to make a
decision whether to cut it or not and maybe consider to scale back all the
content or myself and Brian Gillespie to re-record other partner material.
Additionaly he mentioned that the transcripts, subtitles and
their translations can be handled via software initially as a stop gap.
I and Brian are looking forward to your replies by 02.11.18 to plan this
properly.
Best,
Katerina

Dear all,
Attached and in Keybase you can find the latest version of the
Dissemination Plan. It contains the suggestions kindly presented by many
of you, as well as the national plans, so the specifics for each partner
based on the "Partners' strenghts" table [^1].
Unfortunately I haven't found DIT's additions to this table, so their
national plan is empty besides the introductory text. Could you please
forward me your organisation's special audiences, the additional
dissemination channels and the extras you believe no other partner can
contribute?
Regarding dissemination, the next deliverables I will work on are the
Dissemination Progress Report and the Exploitation Plan including the
updated IPR and sustainability statement.
Best,
Max
