Hi,
Hi,
I was asked to submit compatibility information to h-node so I created an account and started filling out details. Then I noticed that Debian is not listed as an option in "GNU/Linux distribution used for the test: *".
Can you please add it?
The problem is that Debian is not fully free because it has 2 non-free repositories and also because most of Debian users still use non-free packages (perhaps you don't do so but many Debian users do)
So if we claim that a device work with Debian this would not guarantee that it also works with free software, so the information could be useless (and wrong).
Also, the Debian Kernel is not equal to linux-libre (even if without blobs). With Debian kernel it is easy to load non-free modules, with linux-libre those modules won't work (even if loaded)
best regards Antonio
