When Karsten you are back from your sick leave, we would like to finalize a PR about the Helsinki OpenOffice case. The PR about public procurement will be postponed.

Please notify me when you have proof-read/finlaized these, then we'll translate them to Finnish and send them to the Helsinki CIO for comments before we publish it. After we get the comments will then decide on the PR date. Matthias will send them internationally and I'll distribute the Finnish translation here, ok?
Martin and I will continue to work on the public procurement PR, maybe we can send it 1-2 weeks after the Helsinki OO report PR.
