Not as far as I know.
We have not been contacted for this conference and I only learned of it today.
When we (stichting Vrijschrift) asked whether we could give a presentation at the congress they said the speaker slots were already full. They also said that the priority is to have people from the government talk about their experience.
Anyway that doesn't stop us from going their and talk to everyone who wants to listen and maybe distribute some anti-softwarepatent stuff or other material.
