And https://nextcloud.com/sign-up/ lists different ones than the partners, but maybe because the offer gratis accounts and they are just "certified providers".
From what I know one of the oldest ones from Germany is Portknox: https://portknox.net/en/prices I have recommended them to friends and family in the past and the feedback, especially about their support, was really good.
