Who is 'somebody'?
Do you think an open letter talking about Free Software, freedom, privacy, security, technological sovereignty or empowerment and other interesting topics, sent by 'somebody' to Ms. Angela Merkel, Mr. François Hollande and/or Mr. José Manuel Durão Barroso could help them and us?
I think it could be a starting point.
