I can create the graphics, if you'd like me to.

Which pages; don't they already exist?
Thanks,
Sam.

Would be nice to have them. But at the moment the Berlin office will
probably not be able to do that. So if it is done it should be done by
someone from here or from designers@, or external volunteers:

"We also have the graphics available in scalable SVG format if you need
to make adjustments. We welcome translations of these graphics: Please
send your finished translations to translators(a)fsfeurope.org to have
them published here."

Subject: Re: Fwd: Re: [Fellowship group task] I love Free Software -
Activity for 14. February

From: "Peter Filo"
Here it is :-)
I recommend to translate it this way:
A) Valentine's Day - Show your love For Free Software
= Valentínsky deň - Prejav lásku Slobodnému Softvéru
B) Valentine's Day - Show your love For Free Software - I [heart symbol]
Free Software
= Valentínsky deň - Prejav lásku Slobodnému Softvéru - Ja [heart symbol]
Slobodný Softvér
C) I [heart symbol] Free Software - Show your Love
= Ja [heart symbol] Slobodný Softvér - Prejav svoju Lásku
D) ILOVEFS
= MILUJEMEFS
If you want more insight here are some explanations:
Slovak wiki uses SLOBODNY SOFTVER as a translation of FREE SOFTWARE so
it
should be ok to use it.
I think "Den sv. Valentína" (St. Valentines day) is used more often, but
"Valentinsky den" (Valentines day) is also ok. So I guess it depends
whether the text would fit into the banner.
A) Valentine's Day - Show your love For Free Software
= Deň sv. Valentína - Prejav svoju lásku k Slobodnému Softvéru
= Valentínsky deň - Prejav svoju lásku k Slobodnému Softvéru
Instead of "Prejav svoju lásku k Slobodnému Softvéru" you can use
"Prejav
lásku Slobodnému Softvéru" (it is without "your" and "for" but still has
a
clear meaning and sounds smoother)
= Deň sv. Valentína - Prejav svoju lásku k Free Software
= Valentínsky deň - Prejav svoju lásku k Free Software
Instead of "Prejav svoju lásku k Free Software" you can use "Prejav
lásku
k Free Software" (it is without "your" but still has a clear meaning but
does not sound that smooth as the slovak version)
B) Valentine's Day - Show your love For Free Software - I [heart symbol]
Free Software
= Deň sv. Valentína - Prejav svoju lásku k Slobodnému Softvéru - Ja
[heart
symbol] Slobodný Softvér
= Valentínsky deň - Prejav svoju lásku k Slobodnému Softvéru - Ja [heart
symbol] Slobodný Softvér
Instead of "Prejav svoju lásku k Slobodnému Softvéru" you can use
"Prejav
lásku Slobodnému Softvéru" (it is without "your" and "for" but still has
a
clear meaning and sounds smoother)
= Deň sv. Valentína - Prejav svoju lásku k Free Software - Ja [heart
symbol] Free Software
= Valentínsky deň - Prejav svoju lásku k Free Software - Ja [heart
symbol]
Free Software
Instead of "Prejav svoju lásku k Free Software" you can use "Prejav
lásku
k Free Software" (it is without "your" but still has a clear meaning but
does not sound that smooth as the slovak version)
C) I [heart symbol] Free Software - Show your Love
= Ja [heart symbol] Slobodný Softvér - Prejav svoju Lásku
= Ja [heart symbol] Free Software - Prejav svoju Lásku
D) ILOVEFS
= MILUJEMEFS
- you could say MILUJEMEFS which has to meanings:
a) WELOVEFS = MILUJEME EFS
b) ILOVEFS = MILUJEM EFS
- I think it works really well
- to make it clear that you mean 1st person singular you would have to
add
a pronoun "JA" (JAMILUJEMEFS) but this does not sound very smooth... but
the pronoun works with heart symbol.
