for your information, Alan Cox has agreed to be part of CO's governing council as long as we keep it politically neutral (see discussion below).
His favorite address to use for CO is

as he wishes to keep Red Hat out of this.
So how do we proceed? Do we simply subscribe people who agreed to the list? Do you want me to do that for Alan?
