No entiendo todo, pero lo que me gusta es que se dice
a) la necesidad de publicar software libre como en articulo 3.3.: "Principio de Cooperación entre las Administraciones Públicas, de forma que la administración pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de Euskadi pondrá a disposición de forma libre, pública y gratuita al resto de la Administraciones Públicas las aplicaciones informáticas que pudiera desarrollar"
b) la creación de un Directorio de Aplicaciones Informáticas de Fuentes Abiertas como en Articulo 4
c) Adquisición de los derechos de propiedad intelectual en los contractos
que pensais vosotros?

Hola, buenos días.
Estaría genial que aprendieran a usar los términos apropiadamente. A quienes no saben mucho del tema les da por decir "fuentes abiertas" y "open source" cuando, realmente, hablan de software con cuatro libertades. Esto nos lleva a confundir términos y licencias. Es una pena. Produce confusión.

saludos erik, Nuestro proyecto: reciclanet.org está subvencionado por el gobierno vasco y nosotros pusimos la condición de 100% software libre que se está cumpliendo. Sin embargo, no te puedo comentar mas allá de esto porque no tengo info suficiente. Si sé que este gobierno es 100% pro-Microsoft como lo ha venido demostrando. De hecho hay una sede de Microsoft en Getxo (Bizkaia)..... un saludo Raimon
