[fsfe-fi] Free software evening in Joensuu

Hi,

I didn't get any objections for the time or place so let it be next
Tuesday (6.9.2016) at 6PM in Coffee House (Torikatu 20, Joensuu).

I will be wearing a blue hoodie and I have orange jacket with me, so
hopefully that will help in recognizing! :)
