Sorry that I am late to the party. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">In favor. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">One important reason for me is that implicit rules (the code of conduct we already have, that is not written down) are obvious to people that have been around for a while and difficult to understand for newcomers. Making the code explicit reduces uncertainty.
