Most logical would be "the one who commercially distributes the

binaries". So actually this would be the reseller, but I am not 100%

sure about that.

The problem being when the reseller doesn't have the source and you

have no legal relationship with the person who has so their obligation

is not to you; and the reseller isn't inclined to pursue the case with

any degree of vim.<br>
